Ada Maritime and Shipyard Management Inc. If you want to use your rights, you can submit your applications together with documents showing your identity in accordance with the procedures and principles in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller dated 10.03.2018 and numbered 30356; After filling out the Application Form at https://ada-shipyard.com/tr/kvk, a copy with wet signature must be provided;

In order for third parties to request an application on behalf of personal data owners, the data owner must have a special power of attorney issued through a notary on behalf of the person making the application.

Your request or requests in your application will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on their nature. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost for the Company, the fee at the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged.
